Spatiotemporal Theragenerative Treatment

In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.202416694), Jung-Hoon Park, Hyun-Do Jung, and co-workers introduce a spatiotemporal theragenerative platform called JANUS, a dual-coated biodegradable magnesium stent for treating urethral strictures. Utilizing magnetic-based Joule heating, the stent enables localized hyperthermia-triggered drug release and antibacterial action, while promoting urothelial regeneration via controlled Mg ion release, offering synergistic therapeutic and regenerative benefits.
